Guys, we have some exclusive footage here! S1mple is about to show his CS:GO setup after turning on the PC. He’s gonna show you all the settings, just as you’ve asked. Yeah, I’m gonna show you what I do when I turn on my home PC. I open my browser, go to HLTV and Reddit, and move it to the second screen. Then I always open our TeamSpeak, let’s see if there’s anyone on there practicing. There is no one in the NAVI channel, I’m the first one. Then we open another tab, we go to VK to read news, and football.ua, because I love watching football. After that I open Steam, if we’re playing scrims on Faceit, I launch anti-cheat and open CS:GO. I check my settings beforehand and I advise everyone to do the same. Launch options… Show us your launch options, for those who don’t know about them. My launch options are -freq 240 for 240hz, -novid to skip the intro, -console to enable console, and -tickrate 128 for fixed tickrate. Now I’m going to show you my mouse settings. I never change them, I always have 5/11 or 6/11 on the main slider bar, and I have enhance pointer precision off. After that I launch the game. What is your DPI setting? My DPI is set to 400, my mouse sensitivity is 3.09, I never change it, and I wouldn’t suggest you to, only a few people like Flamie can do it. Next we launch CS:GO, if you want to know my video settings, here they are. I never change lower part of the settings, I’ve had 1280×900 for 4-5 months already. Screen ratio is 4:3, stretched. If you want to stretch the screen, you should go to Nvidia settings and choose 240 here, UltraHD and 60Hz for your desktop. My color intensity is set to 80 in Nvidia settings, you have to choose fullscreen, override the scaling mode. When you apply it, you’ll have a stretched screen. After that I usually go to a practice map, Yprac Arena, and warm up against bots. It’s more convenient to warm up against bots, they stand and don’t shoot you, like on DM maps, where you are killed from behind, this is the map. About my crosshair, I figured that it doesn’t matter, so I can change it every day. But of course I practice with the same crosshair before tournaments. What crosshair do you use more often? It’s a question from the community. I mostly use size 3, gap -1, thickness 1, drawoutline 0, color 4, style 4. This has been my main crosshair for a while. S1mple’s main crosshair, can you repeat it please? Size 3, gap -1, drawoutline 0, thickness 1, color 4 or 1, style 4. That’s all. Green or light blue. Also you can choose the color of HUD to match your crosshair color. Rate is 786432, it’s the best rate. Bitrate is 128, it sometimes drops, so I have -netgraph 1. It also allows to see your fps, ping, and solve a problem if there’s any. The most important part which Sasha forgot to show is his PC specs. Let’s check them. Guys, the CPU is Intel Core i7 8700K, 3.7 GHz, 32GB RAM, 64 bit system. “No pen and touch input is available for this display.” Well, we don’t need it anyway. Also for those wondering about Sasha’s graphics card, let’s check video adapters. He has two graphic cards, the first one is NVidia GeForce GTX 1080, and the second one is GeForce GTX 980. That’s basically it.
