Firmino fires home a dramatic winner | Wolves 1-2 Liverpool: Highlights

January 24, 2020

There goes the delivery – and
a Liverpool header, and a Liverpool goal! Jordan Henderson at the near post. Moutinho for Neves, there’s the header in. Oh, it’s wide from Doherty. Oh, Traore’s made a mess of that,
and Mo Salah! Denied by Rui Patricio. Two wait in the middle. There’s the cross – oh, lovely goal. It’s Traore. Brilliant hand, wonderful Alisson save again. Jimenez goes now, flag stays down,
might have to go on his own. And Alisson used all his body to keep it out. Is this Liverpool’s moment? Salah has support, he goes on his own… This is Wijnaldum, Firmino again. Gets the break – Firmino! Rui Patricio with a save equally as big as
any of those Alisson has made in this half. Salah still trying
to create something himself, here’s Firmino! The road warrior does it again for Liverpool. Four wait in the middle,
beautifully taken down. Oh, dear. They say you always get one chance,
and that was a chance.

  1. Looks like Salah was not paying attention in team building exercises. I like Salah but I love Liverpool more. He cost us at least 2 goals.

  2. We got the win from a very difficult position which says alot about our character, but the team look tired and our movement was not as crisp. Robertson had a shocker and Virg had to drift left to stop Adama which lead to the goal because Trent and Gomez never picked up Raul's run. Think changes need to be made to give the regulars abit of a break. Bringing on Fabinho for Hendo to play more advanced was magic but I would've rather Origi than Minamino, the kid just isn't physically ready as yet. Mo's decision making needs to be questioned we could've killed this much much earlier.

    YNWA THIS MEANS MORE…..

  3. To me mo should have passed to other teammates but he thought he had a better chance…which nothing wrong with being a but selfish…but it can be your enemy on some occasions. But he does pass the ball around..in all good game….

  4. Maybe Salah wasn't so good in this match, but that doesn't mean he is bad, its normal, all football stars get a little less performance sometimes.

  5. Hate Salah as much as you can…….but the first goal was from the corner only made possible by Salah. And the second goal was also made possible because he already dribbled the ball very near to the goal area. Football is a team game…..Everyone in the team play a part. And if they think the can help improve each other, they will definitely advice each others too, not hate or criticise them. People who just hate Salah over this petty things and said ridiculous things such as this : ' Salah thinks he is the only Liverpool's saviour'. or ' thank god salah lost the ball so hendo could pass it to bobby' . Speeches like this can only do great damage to the Liverpool's morale…so they are really just Anti Liverpool and not a true supporter of Liverpool ! A true supproter of Liverpool must love EVERY single players in the team too, absolutely regardless of their race or religion l ! Even reserve players are important too. Without them, how can the first team train effectively !

  6. يورغن كلوب مدرب خارق للعادة غير ليفربول لتصبح أقوى فريق أروبي…

  7. This was so frustrating to watch!!!
    SALAH S-T-O-P B-E-I-N-G S-E-L-F-I-S-H!!

YOU AIN'T PLAYING FOR YOURSELF, YOU ARE PLAYING FOR A TEAM DAMN IT!!

  8. Salah i hope you rewatch the games and see what you could do better, the selfishness you displayed last night was shocking, Wolves could’ve easily won it thanks to your selfishness which you have started this season

  9. You can see players are starting to get pissed off with Mo as each game passes. I know strikers tend to be selfish but you're working for a team! There are certain rules in football you have to follow. If in doubt kick it out, if you have to bring someone down then do so but try not to injure the player, always pass the ball easy as in don't make it hard for yourself or your team and if someone is in a better position to either finish or cross it it goes to them. Salah doesn't seem to know these rules.

  10. I just want to comment on Salah's 'selfishness' while it might seem that way, you have to take into account that he isn't passing to a striker as he IS the striker, he just keeps flanking from the right due to how world class his dribbling is. Just look at Liverpool's opponents when they have good games and Liverpool win they always lose simple chances so are you really sure Ox or Minamino would score in these situations from these tight angles? Albeit more possible than Salah scoring in theory, it is probably harder due to Salah's natural screamers that end a match at any given second.

  11. Can you appreciate what Salah did at 1:10
    He always starts things
I hope he improves and learn from being selfish this match and read all the criticism about him

  12. FA has no questions, that's why, 18 clubs are happy with Gate Pass Tickets and TV incomes.
But Hosts were waiting the two goals.

  13. Salah selfish today. Perhaps reduce the goal that liverpool can made, but we cannot blame him. Sometimes you got a problem and distract your work. Good luck next game Mo.

  14. I dont understand why Salah dont Give assists to the others, if i'm klop i play shaqiri next match to let him learn the lesson…

  15. Salah is too egoist.. Do not want to see his surroundings.. Every he get the ball, he always shoot even though his position is bad and his friends get a better position and chances to scoring goals..
    I love firmino..

  16. Wolves fan of 50+ years here. Just wanted to say "congratulations" on taking the title. Okay, a tad premature, but everyone knows the race is over, and it's a job very well done. That's some side that Klopp has put together, and there's much to admire and respect, so well done to LFC for showing not just impressive defensive and attacking skills, but also a fierce determination to win – that's admirable, and we Wolves fans see plenty of that in our team too, so in that respect we're alike. Can't deny that us Yam Yams feel very hard done by in both games against the champions elect, but nothing stops true fans from enjoying fantastic games of football, whatever the result…and we saw two fine games there. By the way, how great was it to see both sets of players (and Nuno and Klopp) showing so much respect for each other after the game ended? Now, that's what I like to see – mutual appreciation.

Liverpool FC are setting a very high bar where quality is concerned, and I have to applaud that. Keep one eye over your shoulder though, because what you're seeing is only the beginning of what our club aspires to be. Enjoy the moment (I know I would), have a celebratory beer, but keep that eye on Molineux because the Wolves are back.

Looking forward to next season's clashes already because, irrespective of the result, you'll get to see a quality game. Bravo, LFC…..bravo. 👏👏👏👏👏

  17. 0:54 how on earth can you not pass the ball there? we have 3 players onside in the penalty box and he shoots with 3 men infront of him. get him off right now mates im serious.

  19. sadio mane has also had his moments of individualism as firmino so you have to highlight that also is not only salah
