PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ALREADY UNDERWAY IN CLEMSON AS THEY PREPARE FOR THE KICKOFF OF THE FIRST SATURDAY HOME GAME OF THE SEASON. NICOLE FORD WAS THERE FOR THE FIRST FRIDAY PARADE. THE STREETS AROUND CLEMSON UNIVERSITY FILLED WITH FLOATS AND STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE ANNUAL FIRST FRIDAY PARADE. IT’S ANNUAL EVENT PUT ON BY THE STUDENTS JUST AHEAD OF THE FIRST HOME GAME. THE STREET OVERFLOWING IN CLEMSON, AS THE CITY AND UNIVERSITY PREPARE FOR THE FIRST FRIDAY PARADE AND FIRST SATURDAY GAME DAY. THE FIRST FRIDAY PARADE IS ANNUAL TRADITION HERE AT CLEMSON UNIVERSITY HELD FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS. DOZENS OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS AND THOUSANDS OF FANS LINING STREETS IN CELEBRATION. NANCY ODELL AS THE GRAND MARSHAL. DOWN THE ROAD FROM THE PARADE SITE, INSIDE THE TIGERS SPORTS SHOP, IT’S BUSINESS AS USUAL. TROUBLE FINDING SOMETHING FOR TOMORROW. WITH MORE AND MORE TIGERS HEADING IN THE DOOR. IT’S GOING TO — USUALLY WE HAVE THE LINE BACKED UP ALL THE WAY TO THE WOMEN’S SECTION BACK THERE. IT’S GOING TO BE CRAZY. IT’S EXPECTED TO BE A WEEKEND OF CELEBRATION. YOU LOOK OUT THERE NOW AND THE TRAFFIC IS CRAZY. WE’RE ALL EXCITED AND TRYING TO MATCH EVERYONE’S ENERGY. ANTICIPATE ANOTHER TIGER WIN. IT’LL BE CLOSE BUT THEY’LL PULL AWAY. THE PARADE IS SET TO END AT THE SOCCER STADIUM JUST IN TIME FOR THE MEN’S SOCCER GAME STARTING AT 7:30. IN CLEMSON, NICOLE FORD, 7 NEWS. GOT TO LOVE IT. AS FOR TOMORROW’S GAME, THE PARKING LOT GATES SWING OPEN AT 8:00 AND KICKOFF SET FOR 3:30.
