3Rivers Archery Your Longbow and Recurve Experts Hi, I’m Johnathan Karch with 3Rivers Archery. Today I’m showing off one of our new products the Dink’s Foam Targets. These are absolutely
fun targets. It’s the best way to summarize them for you. They’re inexpensive
they have tons of variety and they’re just a lot of fun. They’re all hand
painted targets done on a thick 3 inch dense foam. Like I said
they’re hand painted so everything is a little bit unique with them when you get
them, and they’re cheap, Which is how I like my target since you intend to
fill them with holes. We have a lot of variety in animals that we’re getting
here. Everything from the vampire bat. We’ve got the javelina. We have some
groundhogs. We have rabbits, frogs, just just a lot of fun there. These are great
for any archer, or any shooting really. Just because they’re incredibly affordable,
and they really spice up shooting; add some variety to it. So what we’re gonna do here is just
kind of set them around the woods here and just have some fun
shooting just show you what they’re like when they’re get getting shot at. So let’s go right into that. Alright so what we’re doing here is called stump shooting, or
roving, it’s where you’re go out in the woods and you have a good time shooting
your bow. You got to be a bit careful what you’re shooting at with the term
stump shooting as you can hint from it as you should at stumps. This gives me
something else to shoot out though I don’t have to worry about if the stump
is too hard and I break my arrow. Normally, you do this with flu flus or a
judo point on the end, just so that you don’t lose your arrow doing it. We’re just
gonna have some fun today and shoot we’ve got a little bit of a course set up here. And when it’s cold out it’s really hard to convince yourself to go out and shoot, but adding this to it really flavors it up. And hopefully for
you just like it’s going to for me. Really add some excitement and that push for
want to go out and shoot. So let’s just go the obstacle course. [thwack!] [thwack!] [so close!] [disappointed grunting, then laughing] [thwack!] Now, what makes this really fun is that
no two shots would be the same. I have all these targets set up make sure of
their backstops so when I miss I can find my arrows and that. But I can just walk
through the woods and have a good time with it. Really… Really revives what shooting is. Make sure you’re enjoying it you
want to go out and do it. Because the weather is only gonna get colder, so finding what keeps you going
out in the woods and flinging arrows it’s always good. I’m Johnathan Karch with 3Rivers Archery If you have any questions, please comment below. If you like the video please give it a thumbs up. And if you really enjoyed it, please hit that share button to share it

  1. Great idea and great video. I have to construct an "Action archery" and Chalk ball course for our local Scout camp. These are great ideas.
